- Online Leasing: The goal of Mascia Management’s leasing team is to reduce the stress and anxiety that you would normally experience during an apartment hunt in NYC. With online leasing, you will be able to log-on to any computer and search for a specific apartment, view detailed descriptions and photos along with real-time pricing and availability, complete a credit application, and finalize your lease. Online leasing provides a meaningful way to better serve our residents. Just give it a try; all applications are processed within 72 hours.
- Pay Rent Online:
Did you ever wish you could get frequent flyer miles just for paying your rent? Do you hate having to write a paper check to your landlord every month? With Mascia Management’s Resident Concierge, you can pay your rent online with any major credit card or pay with personal checks online via the Federal Reserve’s Automated Clearing House (ACH).
- Online Service Requests: We know how annoying it can be when something needs to be fixed in your apartment. Resident Concierge has online service requests. Anytime day or night you can easily submit a service request to have something in your apartment fixed. More importantly, you can then track the status of your service request in real time. Resident Concierge sends an instant notification to both the property manager and the resident, and keeps you updated throughout the lifecycle of the service request. You may even provide permission for authorized maintenance personnel to enter your unit.
